Participation in the promotion by any individual using the PayKool Visa Platinum Card issued by K Cash Limited ("the Company") implies understanding and agreement to the PayKool Card's privacy policy, personal data collection statement, and all terms and conditions of this promotion. Details are available on the official PayKool website.

Promotion Period: November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

Designated Venue: iSQUARE, 63 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Eligible Customers:
o Must be a Hong Kong Identity Card holder;
o Must be aged 18 or above;
o Must be a new customer who applies for a PayKool Card during the promotion period using the invitation code PPSQM25 and gets approved; or
o Existing customers who hold a valid PayKool Card during the promotion period.

Definition of New Customer: Someone who has not applied for or held any credit card account with the Company in the past 12 months.

Welcome Reward for New Customers:
o Eligible new customers will receive a confirmation email.
o They must follow the instructions in the email and visit the concierge on the lobby floor of iSQUARE to present the successful redemption page in the PayKool app.
o Upon verification, they will receive four HK$100 iCOUPON cash vouchers (total value HK$400). (*Subject to iSQUARE terms in clause 10.i)

Spending Reward for New and Existing Customers:
o Eligible customers must register on the promotion page in the PayKool app and receive a confirmation email.
o Upon making a single purchase of HK$600 or more at a merchant in iSQUARE using the PayKool Card, they must visit the concierge on the lobby floor of iSQUARE to present:
 The merchant's printed receipt and matching electronic payment slip;
 The transaction record in the PayKool app and the promotion page.
o After verification, they will receive one HK$50 iCOUPON cash voucher. (*Subject to iSQUARE terms in clause 10)

Each eligible customer may redeem the welcome and/or spending reward only once during the promotion period.

Redemption of gifts is done on-site by iSQUARE staff. Gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

iSQUARE Gift Redemption Terms:
o iCOUPON cash voucher is valid at over 70 designated merchants in iSQUARE until February 28, 2026.
o A valid sales receipt must be an official-computer-printed receipt and clearly show the name of the merchant, merchant address, invoice number, transaction number, transaction date, transaction time, amount of the transaction and product name.Hand-written/reprinted/photocopied receipt, split of receipts, banking services, currency exchange services, insurance premiums, spending at travel agent, short-term promotion booth, purchase of Octopus Card, purchase or use of any gift voucher/cash voucher/gift card/meal voucher/cake voucher/stored-value card/prepaid card or product vouchers, purchase of festive food coupons (including mooncake, CNY cake, rice dumpling and big bowl feast), tips, Credit Card Cash Rebate (e.g. “Cash Dollar” and “RewardCash”), Gold Club/Jewellery Club redemptions, add-value/payment service/online payment (including purchase of movie tickets) and purchase of membership are not eligible for redemption. If customer presents the receipt of deposit payment, then must present the remaining balance receipts (showing the total spending amount including the deposit payment) to redeem gift. Total spending amount is counted by the sum of deposit and balance payment on the day. Spending day is counted by the day of balance payment.Gift must be redeemed on the day the transaction made. Each receipt can only be used once for redemption.
o Each set of valid receipts can only be used to redeem gift once. Valid receipts used for joining this redemption program can also be used for joining other promotion(s) or offer(s) at iSQUARE, including earning iCLUB Bonus Points. Receipts that have been used for redemption are not eligible for refund from merchant. If customer must get the refund, all redeemed gift must be returned to Concierge Counter prior to refund.Redeemed gift is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
o iSQUARE is not the supplier of the product, service or gift provided. iSQUARE shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the product, service or gift provided.
o iSQUARE staff and merchant staff of iSQUARE are not eligible to join this redemption program.
o Photos and values are for reference only.
o The above details are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
o In case of any disputes, the decision of iSQUARE shall be final.

Customers must ensure all registration information is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

The Company reserves the right to grant the reward only if the PayKool Card account remains in good standing (e.g., no overdue payments or violations of cardholder agreement).

Gifts cannot be returned, transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or expired. If the card is canceled after receiving the gift, a first-year annual fee of HK$1,800 will be charged.

The Company is not the manufacturer or supplier of the gifts and is not liable for any issues related to their quality or use.

If the promotion is disrupted due to unauthorized interference, fraud, or technical issues, the Company may cancel eligibility without prior notice.

The Company may revise, suspend, or terminate the promotion or its terms at any time without notice. All decisions are final and binding.

These terms are supplementary to the credit cardholder agreement. In case of conflict, these terms prevail.

Eligibility is subject to verification by the Company. All decisions are final.

Third parties not involved in this agreement have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623).

This promotion is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes will be resolved under Hong Kong jurisdiction.
